Description
The Architect will lead residential and commercial real estate development projects from concept and planning through detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, construction schedules, and construction collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, at least five years of relevant experience, active ICIA membership, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. Compensation is CI$75,000 to 95,000 per annum, with benefits meeting or exceeding Cayman Labour Law, and the application deadline was 20 September 2026.
