Description
The Architect develops conceptual and design-development concepts, coordinates construction-document preparation, presents design concepts to clients, and leads or mentors less experienced designers. The role supports project financial performance, schedule and budget adherence, quality assurance, sustainable design, client communication, and project data management. A bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent education or experience is required; an 8-plus-year design experience, current regional licensure, NCARB registration, and LEED or Green Associate accreditation are preferred. The position may require travel and overtime and offers a hybrid work environment.
