onsemi is hiring a Senior Principal Engineer to define the architecture, design methodology, specifications, RTL modeling, and performance analysis for a new digital compute and analog/mixed-signal product platform. The role provides technical leadership and guidance to worldwide teams across microarchitecture through productization, while also improving design flows and addressing hardware and software trade-offs. Candidates need a B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least 15 years of VLSI design experience, semiconductor product or IP development experience, embedded CPU experience, and strong communication and strategic analysis skills.
