Description
KCAP is hiring an Architect to lead a large-scale residential construction project in Zurich, Switzerland, starting from mid-October 2026 or by agreement. The role covers project leadership through SIA phases 21–53, coordination of architects, planners, authorities, and contractors, BIM implementation and digital-model quality, meeting organization, compliance, tendering, contract management, and client reporting. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading large-scale residential construction projects, knowledge of Swiss standards and SIA phases, BIM and Revit expertise, fluent German, and strong leadership and communication skills.
