Michelgroup is hiring an Architect / Engineer (m/f/d) – Head of Construction Management at its Ulm location. The role manages demanding construction projects through service phases 6–8, including cost and budget management, scheduling, site coordination, quality assurance, contract and communications management, and leadership of an in-house construction management or site management team. Candidates need a completed architecture or comparable degree, at least 3–5 years of experience in service phases 6–8 with a focus on phase 8, strong German language skills, and experience with construction site documentation software.
