The role coordinates specialists and clients, prepares tender documents, manages quality, deadlines, and costs, and handles building-permit applications and authority approvals. Candidates need a completed architecture degree, experience with construction-service preparation and awarding, knowledge of VOB and HOAI, MS Office and Revit skills, and strong analytical, independent, and communication abilities.
