Description
The Architect II will independently lead architectural design and technical solutions for moderate- to large-scale projects, producing plans, specifications, material approvals, and construction documents. The role includes construction administration, client and consultant coordination, project reporting, billing oversight, and mentoring junior designers and interns. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, at least six years of professional architecture experience, and U.S. licensure; Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Rhino, and strong knowledge of building codes and specifications are required.
