The role includes preparing permit and construction documentation, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders, supporting tendering and construction supervision, monitoring schedules, costs, and quality, presenting design results, and eventually leading projects. Candidates need an architecture degree, several years of relevant experience, CAD proficiency, knowledge of building regulations, strong German skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
