Summit Federal Services, LLC is hiring a mid-level Licensed Architect in Miami, Florida, to lead the design and execution of custom luxury single-family residences. The role covers programming through construction administration, including detailed drawings, permitting, consultant coordination, site visits, RFIs, submittal reviews, budget and schedule management, and presentation to principals and sophisticated clients. Candidates need a professional architecture degree, an active Florida architectural license, 5–8 years of experience with custom residential work, and proficiency in Revit and related design tools. The position offers a $135,000–$160,000 base salary plus a $10,000 bonus.
