Description
The Architect will develop design concepts and detailed architectural plans, prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and specifications, ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements, and coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and field personnel. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, at least six years of architectural design or project management experience, proficiency with architectural software, knowledge of construction processes and materials, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position requiring the candidate to provide their own computer.
