IBA GmbH Jena is hiring an Architect specializing in building engineering and project management, with Revit knowledge preferred. The role covers planning and coordinating single- and multi-family houses, commercial buildings, and complete building-service projects through HOAI service phases 1–5, including design and execution plans, permitting coordination, client advice, and support for contract award and construction implementation. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field, building-engineering knowledge, AutoCAD proficiency, German negotiation-level communication, and a Class B driver’s license.
