Description
The Architect / Civil Engineer in Building Management will plan, design, and manage construction, renovation, and modernization projects from concept through implementation. The role also develops building concepts, ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards, advises internal and external stakeholders, and controls budgets, costs, schedules, and decision documentation. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field, plus experience managing construction or renovation projects and knowledge of building and planning regulations.
