The role independently manages planning processes, creates building models in Nemetschek Allplan or Autodesk Revit, prepares design and construction drawings and permit applications, coordinates with clients and other project stakeholders, and supports construction management. Candidates need a civil engineering or architecture degree or equivalent state-certified construction training, professional experience in industrial and commercial design and construction planning, and CAD proficiency; BIM experience and digital planning interest are preferred.
