Empower is hiring a Data Architect to shape cloud and data architecture, define solution architectures, support modernization and migration initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and establish architectural standards and governance. The role partners with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and the Innovation Lab, with a focus on scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized data platforms. Required qualifications include at least five years of data-intensive solution experience, solution design ownership, broad data-focused role experience, cloud and data architecture expertise, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
