Fluidstack is hiring an Architect for its Data Center Design Team to own the architectural workstream across a multi-site data center development portfolio from concept through permitting and construction completion. The role develops architectural basis of design, prototype drawings, master plans, building envelopes, and master specifications; manages external architects and engineers of record; and leads permitting strategy across jurisdictions. Candidates should have experience as an owner's representative or developer on data center or mission-critical facilities, knowledge of IBC, IFC, fire-rated assemblies, and FM Global requirements, and experience authoring design standards or basis of design documents.
