Northleaf Capital Partners is hiring a full-time, mid-level Architect, Enterprise Integration & Data Connectivity in Toronto, Canada. The role owns and evolves the firm’s enterprise integration capability, defining strategy and standards, delivering complex integrations across internal systems and external partners, modernizing data exchange patterns, supporting AI-assisted development and automation, and leading technical delivery and stakeholder management. Candidates need 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, data engineering, enterprise applications, distributed systems, or related disciplines, along with strong financial-services experience and hands-on expertise in APIs, event-driven architecture, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and cloud-based integration platforms. The position offers a hybrid model with up to two remote days per week and the option to work fully remotely for up to two weeks per year.
