RDG is hiring an experienced architect for its New York City office to lead marketing and client relationships in the Northeast higher-education market, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, help recruit and develop the office’s college, university, and health-science education teams, mentor internal staff, and present design solutions. The role requires 15+ years of professional experience designing for higher-education environments, New York licensure or the ability to obtain it, leadership experience, and project management experience through construction documentation.
