Emporacon Holding GmbH is hiring a full-time Architect for Project Development & Implementation in Krefeld. The role manages and coordinates construction projects on behalf of clients or developers across planning phases 1–8 (HOAI), develops project-specific planning variants, coordinates external planners, reviews and releases planning work, and monitors schedules and costs. Candidates need a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, at least five years of professional experience, knowledge of HOAI phases, experience with cost estimates and project scheduling, and strong communication skills.
