Description
The Site Manager will lead medium- to large-scale integrated structural and interior fit-out projects through performance phases 41–53, overseeing site management, interdisciplinary project teams, object supervision, quality, deadlines, and cost efficiency. The role uses BIM and coordinates with architecture, structural engineering, building physics, building services, electrical engineering, and external planning partners, while applying the ATP Green Deal framework. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification, several years of object-supervision experience, German proficiency, knowledge of planning regulations, and familiarity with MS Project and iTWO; Lean-Management knowledge is a plus. The position offers training, development opportunities, a 40-hour week, five weeks of vacation, and flexible working hours.
