Microsoft Digital is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer (Architect) to lead the design, architecture, governance, and technical standards for enterprise-scale, multi-tenant platforms supporting Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-driven solutions. The role reviews application architectures, builds and guides engineering solutions across Azure and Microsoft technologies, defines observability and reliability standards, performs incident analysis, and mentors engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field plus 9+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience, along with extensive enterprise platform, cloud, identity, security, and automation experience.
