Schmidt-Schicketanz Planer GmbH is hiring an experienced Architect in Industrial and Commercial Construction for its Munich office. The role coordinates client needs and requirements, prepares feasibility studies, manages commercial construction projects, supports planning through project handover, and serves as the first point of contact for clients and specialist planners while monitoring costs and timelines. Candidates should have completed industrial or commercial construction projects, a degree in architecture, E2D, or an equivalent qualification, strong Archicad and 3D/BIM CAD skills, and very good German language skills.
