Description
The Hannover Region is hiring an Architect to support its School Construction Initiative Staff Unit. The role involves determining needs and preparing needs plans for school construction projects, developing and prioritizing construction programs and projects, conducting option assessments, feasibility studies, and cost-effectiveness analyses, supporting pilot projects and innovation initiatives, and serving as the construction subject-matter contact. Candidates need a professionally qualifying degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field, several years of experience in design planning for demanding projects, particularly in service phases 0 to 2, and strong architectural, argumentation, presentation, and methodological skills.
