Xebia is hiring an Architect of Digital Transformation to help organizations digitalize operations and improve organizational, technical, and behavioral capabilities. The role involves stakeholder interviews, workshops, organizational and technological architecture analysis, change initiatives, and strategic recommendations for directors and board members. It can be performed at Associate or Principal levels and requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on IT engineering experience, organizational science and management expertise, systems thinking, and experience with architecture-driven transformations.
