Cushing Terrell is hiring a Project Architect or Lead to guide grocery and retail architecture projects from early design through construction. The role manages multiple projects, coordinates clients and multidisciplinary teams, develops design concepts and contract documents, performs cost estimates and code research, inspects construction, administers contracts, and directs architectural team members. It requires a NAAB-accredited architecture degree, 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience, and strong client and project-management skills; an architect license is optional. The position offers an annual salary of $90,000 to $115,000, an annual performance bonus, and is intended for candidates authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
