The Dortmund office of BLB NRW is hiring Architects or Engineers for Project Management for Construction Projects. The role manages new-build and refurbishment projects from planning and technical advisory through procurement, construction execution, handover, invoicing, and account settlement, while controlling costs, schedules, quality, resources, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of construction-sector project management or project responsibility experience, knowledge of German construction law, German language skills at C1 or above, and a valid Class B driving license. The position offers flexible working, mobile work up to 60% per week, and remuneration of approximately €50,000 to €80,300 annually for employees covered by collective bargaining.
