Architect, Perimeter and Network Security, Enterprise Technology Services at Apple

Apple is seeking an industry-recognized Perimeter and Network Security Architect to serve as the technical authority across its perimeter and network security platform. The role owns the architecture and technical direction of WAF, DDoS mitigation, bot prevention, TLS, threat intelligence, and security policy enforcement across edge proxies, load balancers, service mesh, and API and AI security gateways. It involves defining security architecture and roadmaps, designing complex distributed systems, writing production code, leading design reviews, mentoring senior engineers, and collaborating with security, cloud infrastructure, SRE, product, and application teams across on-premises and public cloud environments.
