Model Remodel is hiring an Architect to provide architectural expertise and technical design leadership for residential remodeling projects. The role oversees architectural oversight, permit strategy and coordination, documentation quality, constructability, and code alignment while collaborating with designers, estimators, production teams, consultants, and clients. The position requires a Washington State-licensed Architect, 5–8 years of relevant experience, a degree in Architecture or a related field, and proficiency with residential design software. It is primarily an in-office role in Seattle with a limited hybrid schedule possible after an introductory period, and offers a $105,000–$130,000 DOE exempt salary plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
