The role leads design criteria, creative direction, project research, technical reviews, construction administration for historic renovations, client relationships, business development, and staff development. Candidates need a professional architecture degree, an architecture license, 15 to 20 years of architecture and design experience, and proven historic preservation experience, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe CC Suite.
