Description
DLR Group is hiring an Architect - Specifications Writer to develop coordinated project manuals and technical specifications for architecture projects. The role coordinates with project teams, consultants, the Project Manager, and cross-functional design disciplines; supports construction administration; integrates sustainable protocols and QA/QC procedures; maintains office guide specifications; and uses Visi-Specs, Revit, Bluebeam, and other architectural software. The position requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least six years of professional architectural experience including three years of specification writing, professional architect licensure, CDT, and proficiency with the required software. It is based in Las Vegas, Denver, or Phoenix and follows a four-day in-office work model.
