NVIDIA is hiring an SoC Performance Verification Engineer to partner with architecture and design teams on full-chip SoC performance verification across cycle-accurate models, RTL simulation, emulation, and silicon. The role involves executing performance test plans, debugging memory, fabric, and engine failures, developing workloads and automation, and using AI-assisted tools to improve coverage and insight. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least three years of SoC or system-level hardware experience, strong RTL and Python/C/C++ skills, and expertise in SoC architecture and performance analysis.
