Description
Burgess & Niple is hiring an Architectural Co-op to gain practical architectural design experience through hands-on work on public, local government, and federal projects. The co-op will develop construction documents, produce studies and graphic renderings, perform field verification, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using REVIT and AutoCAD. Applicants must be current undergraduate students pursuing an architectural-related bachelor’s degree, have completed two years of coursework, and possess experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. The role is full-time for the Spring 2027 semester, typically Monday through Friday for 30–40 hours per week, with housing and transportation responsibilities assigned to the co-op and parking provided.
