Dekker is hiring a full-time Architectural Associate for its healthcare design studio. The role supports the planning, design, and documentation of healthcare environments, including project collaboration, design development, technical recommendations, workflow delegation, progress communication, and mentoring junior team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree in architecture or an equivalent qualification, at least three years of relevant experience, U.S. work authorization, strong communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. It is a hybrid arrangement requiring three onsite days per week, and visa sponsorship is not available.
