Description
SMRT is hiring a Licensed Architect/Architectural Designer to lead architectural projects from concept through construction, including design coordination, code and standards compliance, permitting, construction drawings, budgets, schedules, client and consultant communication, quality control, and peer reviews. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and advancing in areas such as design, technical leadership, sustainability, project delivery, and construction administration. Candidates must be licensed or actively pursuing licensure in Massachusetts, Maine, or New York, hold a Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent undergraduate degree plus a Master of Architecture, and have at least five years of professional experience.
