Description
The Architectural Draftsperson / Structural Detailer supports structural engineers in planning, developing, detailing, and implementing challenging building projects. Responsibilities include preparing formwork, reinforcement, and structural plans for reinforced concrete, steel, and timber construction; creating position, detail, and overview plans; coordinating with architectural and building-services teams; supporting BIM and quantity take-offs; and maintaining project documentation. The role requires comparable architectural drafting or building-technician training, ideally five years of professional experience, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of structural construction and load paths.
