Description
The Architectural Planner prepares concepts, designs, and studies for industrial, commercial, residential, social, and special-purpose buildings across HOAI performance phases 1–5. The role also handles economical execution planning, coordinates specialist planning, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Applicants need a completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, business engineering, or a comparable qualification, several years of relevant experience, specialist knowledge of building design, and strong Revit and BIM skills.
