KuiperCompagnons is hiring an Architectural Project Leader to provide day-to-day leadership on complex non-residential construction projects, including hospitals, laboratories, and life-science buildings, from preliminary design through execution. The role manages design development, permits, contracts, contractors, client relations, quotations, and meetings, and requires architectural and construction-technical knowledge, BIM experience, and at least five years in a comparable role. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a salary of €4,231–€6,330 based on 40 hours, and development opportunities.
