Description
Cushing Terrell is hiring an Architectural Project Manager for its Seattle office to serve as the primary client contact for a major food and beverage account and lead a high-volume portfolio of ground-up building projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. The role manages client relationships, project budgets, schedules, contracts, profitability, billing, accounts receivable, permitting, quality, resources, and closeout activities, while coordinating with design, engineering, and consulting teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, construction administration, or a related field, at least 10 years of architectural project management experience, relevant food and beverage or retail project experience, and strong knowledge of project management tools and Seattle permitting requirements. The position offers an annual salary of $95,000 to $135,000, an annual performance bonus, and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
