Cushing Terrell is hiring an Architectural Project Manager for its Missoula office to lead commercial and residential projects from initiation through closeout. The role manages project planning, budgets, schedules, contracts, billing, quality assurance, client relationships, resource allocation, and project profitability, while collaborating with principals, architects, engineers, consultants, and project coordinators. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, construction administration, or a related field, at least 10 years of architectural project management experience, and current licensure, registration, PM certification, or equivalent in-house training. The position offers an annual salary of $85,000 to $115,000, an annual performance bonus, and requires applicants to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not offered.
