HLW is hiring an Architectural Project Manager for its New York studio to lead complex architectural projects from concept through completion. The role manages client relationships, project execution, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, change orders, construction administration, and project quality. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field, 10–20 years of progressively responsible architectural practice experience including at least five years in project management, and strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three days onsite and a salary range of $120,000–$150,000.
