Description
The Architectural Project Manager oversees architects, consultants, and assigned personnel through programming, design, construction administration, and project completion. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving architectural deliverables, coordinating with regulatory agencies and contractors, serving as the primary client contact, managing budgets and schedules, supporting staff development, and assisting with contract negotiation and project marketing. The role requires an accredited architecture degree, 8–10 years of architectural project-management experience, and preferably registration or registration in process; healthcare, corporate commercial, or multifamily/senior living experience is desired.
