IPMC4u is hiring an Architectural Project Manager in Utrecht to manage complex construction and engineering projects from initiation through handover. The role coordinates clients, users, suppliers, consultants, and contractors; monitors schedules, budgets, quality, progress, and risks; advises clients; and leads project meetings. The position requires an HBO degree in construction, engineering, or a comparable field, approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong Dutch communication skills, flexibility, and a category B driving licence. The stated gross salary is €4,392 to €5,725 per month based on 40 hours, with additional pension, holiday allowance, vacation days, travel reimbursement, and development opportunities.
