Description
The Architectural Project Manager – Construction Administration (PMCA) serves as the firm's on-site representative during construction, managing architectural project activities from bidding through closeout. The role coordinates clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and internal staff; reviews RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and progress billings; monitors construction compliance; prepares punch lists and certificates of substantial completion; and supports project staffing, scheduling, budgets, invoicing, and collections. It is a full-time, primarily remote position with periodic travel to construction sites, requiring a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience.
