Description
CUBE 3 is hiring a Project Manager (CAPM) to oversee large- and medium-scale architecture and interior projects during construction administration. The role manages multiple projects, construction schedules, junior staff, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, field reports, client relationships, QA/QC, documentation, risk management, and project close-out. It requires at least 10 years of related architectural experience, substantial construction administration experience, a professional architecture degree, Revit and Pro-Core or PART3 skills, and experience with high-rise residential, office, hospitality, and parking projects in the Southern United States. The position is expected to spend approximately 80% of its time on construction administration and 20% on design-stage projects.
