Description
The Architectural Project Planner plans new-build and renovation projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors; prepares building permit applications and execution plans; manages budgets and schedules; and coordinates with clients, authorities, and regional partners. The role requires a completed architecture degree or comparable qualification, CAD proficiency, preferably ArchiCAD or Allplan, MS Office skills, and strong analytical and project-coordination abilities.
