Description
Cushing Terrell is hiring a Specification Writer to lead the development, coordination, and quality of technical specifications across active projects. The role serves as the specifications discipline lead, resolves drawing and specification conflicts, supports retail criteria projects, maintains firm-wide master specification templates, reviews submittals and change proposals, and participates in QA/QC. It is a hybrid position with a preferred Seattle home base and additional office locations, requiring a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of architectural, engineering, or construction experience focused on specifications, CSI CDT certification, and proficiency with specification software and Microsoft Office. The expected annual salary is $85,000 to $125,000, with an annual performance bonus and no visa sponsorship.
