Ware Malcomb is hiring a full-time, long-term Technical Specifications Writer to develop comprehensive project manuals and specifications for architecture and interior design projects. The role involves creating client-specific masters, supporting submittal reviews, suggesting alternate solutions, reviewing project documents, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a technical resource for products, codes, and industry standards. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design, at least 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years writing specifications, and familiarity with MasterSpec, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
