LaBella Associates is hiring an Architectural Technician for its Latham and Poughkeepsie offices. The role prepares architectural drawings and construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD, develops design documents through all project phases, coordinates with engineering consultants, supports code research and technical problem solving, attends meetings and site visits, reviews shop drawings and submittals, assists with construction administration, maintains BIM and project documentation standards, and supports permit, bidding, and construction submissions. Candidates should have 2–5 years of architectural/engineering consulting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong organization and communication skills, teamwork ability, self-motivation, and willingness to travel. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred. Salary is $45,000–$64,000, with health and dental insurance among the listed benefits.
