Description
TEHORA is seeking an Architectural Technician to support the delivery of real estate infrastructure projects and oversee technical and administrative coordination. The role involves reviewing and tracking project documents, analyzing plans and specifications, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, conducting site surveys, monitoring progress, resolving discrepancies, supporting inspections and closeout, and maintaining technical files. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree or technician qualification, at least five years of multidisciplinary construction-site coordination experience, experience on two real estate infrastructure projects exceeding $8 million each, recent project participation, and experience with public-sector owners. The position requires MS Project and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical and document-tracking skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
