Description
TEHORA is seeking an Architectural Technician to support the delivery of real estate infrastructure projects by coordinating technical and administrative work among architecture, engineering, contractors, and clients. The role involves reviewing and tracking project documents, analyzing plans and specifications, identifying discrepancies, conducting site observations, supporting inspections and closeout activities, and maintaining technical files. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree or technician qualification, at least five years of multidisciplinary construction-site coordination experience, experience on projects exceeding $8 million, and proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office.
