Description
TEHORA is seeking an architectural technician to support the delivery of real estate infrastructure projects and oversee technical and administrative aspects of the work. The role involves coordinating with architecture, engineering, contractors, and clients; tracking and reviewing project documents; analyzing plans and specifications; conducting site surveys; monitoring progress; resolving discrepancies; supporting inspections, change requests, and project closeout; and maintaining technical files. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree or technician qualification, at least five years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction-site work, experience on two real estate infrastructure projects exceeding $8 million each, recent project participation, and experience with public-sector owners. The position requires MS Project and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical and document-tracking skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
